Dennis G. Crawford obtained his undergraduate degree from Queen’s University and his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. While at law school, he represented Osgoode at the Jessup Canada Moot Court Competition in Calgary and at the international Willem C. Vis Moot in Vienna, Austria.
Since being called to the bar in 2013, he has practised exclusively in the area of civil litigation. He represents clients in all types of civil disputes including estates disputes, guardianship applications, shareholder disputes, debtor-creditor matters, employment law, real property disputes, and fraud cases, including title fraud and mortgage fraud.
Dennis has acted for clients with success at every level of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal. A number of decision in which Dennis has acted have been publicly reported.
Prior to attending law school, Dennis worked on Parliament Hill in the office of the Member of Parliament for Perth—Wellington. He returned to Stratford in 2019 to join Monteith Ritsma Phillips, along with his wife, who works in Stratford as a family doctor, and his family.
