Monteith Ritsma Phillips Professional Corporation is currently seeking an Associate Lawyer to join their growing team.  This is a position for an ambitious lawyer with experience in Family Law. Experience in Wills and Estate Planning as well as Real Estate Law would be an asset. The firm is looking for a self-starter, a determined demeanor and an ambitious work ethic.

To be the successful candidate you will:

  • Be legally entitled to practice law in Canada;

  • Be a member in good standing with the Ontario Bar;

  • Have a professional manner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to develop strong relationships with clients;

  • Have a strong academic background;

  • Have strong organization and teamwork skills;

  • Be able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines;

  • Be able to independently manage and maintain a high-volume case load.
