Lori was born in Goderich and raised on a farm in Huron County. Perth County has been home since 1998.
Lori earned an Honours Bachelor of Music with Distinction from Wilfrid Laurier University and had a successful career as a musician before embarking on her second career in law. While obtaining her law degree from the University of Western Ontario, Lori volunteered for two years with Western Law’s chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada. Lori graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2019 and subsequently completed her articles of clerkship at Monteith Ritsma Phillips Professional Corporation. She was called to the Bar in 2020.
Lori is very pleased to be at Monteith Ritsma Phillips and looks forward to helping clients with their legal needs, particularly in family law.
Lori has two adult children and resides in Stratford with her husband. Lori serves on the Executive of the Board of Directors of the Emily Murphy Centre. Outside the office, Lori enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing piano, and gardening, and cycling and canoeing with her husband.
